Hi, I’m Lauren. It’s nice to meet you. First, thank you for visiting The Lux Logic and taking the time to learn a little more about what we’re building. Now that you’ve gotten to know us a little, I think it’s only right that I introduce myself too.

I’ve spent my career in communications and marketing, and somewhere along the way, I realized that what I enjoy most is figuring things out. I like learning how a business works and understanding what someone is trying to build before jumping into what I think they should do next. Give me an idea, and I’m probably going to ask you a few questions about it, then find myself thinking about it later.

That’s a big part of what I bring to The Lux Logic. My career has allowed me to work behind the scenes of businesses and organizations where I’ve seen how much thought goes into the things people eventually experience on the outside. Being a business owner has given me another perspective because I also understand what it feels like when the thing you’re making decisions about belongs to you.

I’ve changed my mind about my own business more than once, and I’ve learned not to be afraid of that. Sometimes you have to build something before you fully understand what you want it to become. You learn what works and get more comfortable letting go of what doesn’t. I think that’s part of growing a business, and it’s something I keep in mind when someone trusts me enough to get involved in theirs.

I don’t expect you to come to The Lux Logic with everything figured out. In fact, I enjoy the part where we get to talk through what you’re thinking and figure out what makes sense from there. I want to hear about the idea you’re excited about, even if you haven’t worked out all the details yet. Sometimes another perspective is exactly what helps you see what you’ve been sitting on a little differently.

More than anything, I want The Lux Logic to be a place where you know your business will be taken seriously without feeling like you have to become someone else when you walk through the door. We can do great work, have thoughtful conversations, and still enjoy the process of building something you’re proud of.
