What Can We Build From Here?
-
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Your business can change a lot before you realize the brand needs to catch up.
Maybe you offer more than you did when you started, the people you want to reach have changed or you’re ready for the business to be known for something different. We take a closer look at the brand you have now and where you want to go from here.
You may not need to start over. There could be a lot worth keeping. We want to figure out what still fits and what may be getting in the way of where you’re trying to take the business.
This work can include brand audits, positioning, messaging, audience development, brand architecture, content direction and the way your services or offers fit within the brand.

Brand Management
There comes a point when managing the brand becomes its own job, especially when the business is growing and there are more ideas, opportunities and decisions coming with it.
This is where we become more involved in what happens next. You may be thinking about a new campaign or wondering if an idea is worth turning into something bigger. There may be a partnership that makes sense for the business or an opportunity we see that you haven’t considered yet.
And because we already know the brand, you don’t have to bring us in from scratch every time something comes up. We can keep working with what we’ve learned about the business and help manage where the brand goes from there.
That may include campaigns, launches, brand extensions, partnerships, creative direction and oversight, and other brand work that comes up as the business grows.
-
Personal Brand Management
There’s a difference between having a following and building a business around your name.
You may already have people paying attention to you, opportunities coming in or brands asking to work together. We’re interested in what else can come from that.
We can pursue partnerships instead of waiting for them to find you, develop ideas around what you could launch or create, and help manage the opportunities already coming your way. We also want to be able to tell you when something may pay well but still isn’t a good move for your brand.
The bigger goal is to make sure there’s an actual business being built behind the attention, rather than letting every opportunity decide what your personal brand becomes.
Partnerships, outreach, pitching, collaborations, campaigns, launches, brand extensions and opportunity management can all be part of the work.

Brand Operating System
A lot of business owners know their brand so well that they don’t realize how much of it only exists in their head.
You know what sounds like you and can immediately tell when something doesn’t look right. You know how you want your customers spoken to and probably have certain things you would never do with the brand. That works when you’re the person touching everything. It gets harder when you’re not.
We help put those things somewhere your team can actually use them. And as AI becomes another tool businesses use to create and communicate, it becomes even more important that the technology is working from your brand instead of making your brand sound like everybody else using the same tools.
Depending on what the business needs, that could include voice and messaging guidance, brand standards, creative direction, decision-making guardrails, internal brand references and guidance for how AI should be used with the brand.
-
Experiential Brand Strategy
People experience brands differently when they can actually walk into them.
An event, activation or launch gives you a chance to bring parts of the brand to life that people normally only experience through a screen. We think about what that moment should be for the people you’re inviting and how it connects back to the brand they already know.
Sometimes the smallest detail is what people end up talking about afterward. Other times, the bigger opportunity is what happens before anyone arrives or what you do with the experience once it’s over.
We’re focused on the brand side of the experience, not replacing your event planner. We develop the concept, work alongside the people producing it and make sure the brand doesn’t get lost once everyone starts worrying about tables, timelines and everything else that comes with putting on an event.
That work can include experiential concepts, activations, launch experiences, audience experience, partnership integration, creative direction and on-site brand direction.
